Independent producer of natural gas and oil, Crevalle Energy LLC operates in the GOM. Our natural gas and oil products are essential for many daily demands and are also vital to the movement of people, products, and services. The GOM, which has one of the lowest carbon footprints of any producing region in the world, provides all of our production. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development, and exploration of properties that include natural gas and oil. Our goal is to safely and prudently increase reserves while improving cash flow and production.

 

We have accumulated substantial technical experience in the GOM, where historically strong production rates linked to hydrocarbon reserves have given us the best chance to realize high rates of return on our capital investments. We have developed higher impact capital projects in the GOM in both the deepwater (water depths exceeding 500 feet) and the deep shelf (well depths exceeding 15,000 feet and water depths less than 500 feet) by utilizing our experience in the conventional shelf.

In order to increase the value of our assets and contribute to the long-term sustainability of our company, we aim to pursue risk-adjusted, high rate of return projects and develop oil and natural gas resources that enable us to grow our production, reserves, and cash flow in a capital-efficient manner. We prioritize meeting the needs of both the local community and our employees while fostering a safe work environment. We follow moral and legal guidelines that help us manage our company more effectively both now and in the future. Making successful investments while staying within cash flow, keeping enough liquidity, and running our business effectively are our major priorities.
We'll look for ways to lessen our environmental impact as well.

We anticipate gradually de-levering through organic growth prospects, acquisitions, and free cash flow from our generating asset base. We keep an eye on both the actual and predicted pricing of commodities to see whether our plans need to be adjusted.

Environmental

Health, Safety and Environmental Policy

 

Our goal is to protect the health and safety of all those involved in our activities as well as the local residents in the places where we operate. Strong environmental, health, and safety policies, in our opinion, are advantageous to both us and our stakeholders. Therefore, it is expected of all Company officers and workers to embrace, uphold, and put into effect our guiding values. We think that by doing this, we can accomplish our company objectives in a way that is safe, dependable, and has the least negative impact on the environment.
 

We aim to continuously assess opportunities that help reduce our Scope 1 greenhouse gas emissions, even though we acknowledge that the production and use of fossil fuels can contribute to climate change. In the meantime, we will continue to concentrate on a variety of multifaceted initiatives that promote safety, prevent spills, minimize the use of fresh water, and limit direct interaction with marine life. We are always considering how we might better protect the environment and the communities where we work. We combined the two Mobile Bay treatment plants in 2021 to create the OTF facility, which has decreased our water use, greenhouse gas emissions, and operational expenses.
